We could just flood the worlds water supply with Prozac and everything would be fine in a few months.. Right?
The bankers are afforded flexibilty depending on the laws of their country. The laws are written by those who we elect. So it comes down to "Who the heck have we been voting into office and if you haven't been voting, Why do you give a darn now?"
