Medicine For All
Symbols have power beyond their original purpose. The Red Cross is just such a symbol.
If you support a service provided by the Federal government to treat Americans who require medical attention, please show your support by wearing a Red Cross on your person.
Let Government hear from You.
Pass IT ON!
Let them know you are wearing the Red Cross!!!

Silent Country
As I watch C-SPAN, I see public representatives and health industry professionals discuss the future of health care. Were it not for the discourse, would I care?
Health is a word that can be desribed by some, with numbers and formulas, others by schemes and logic or emotion.
National thinking and national reasoning have been used for a myriad of actions.
The conversation of health care seems to be focused on getting American workers back into production mode. Pull up your boot straps! Rise with the Dawn!
But I also see a sign of us understanding our fate. A mass amount of Americans will be entering the years of their lives when they are no longer skilled or endowed with the faculties to produce. Rather, they will be watching our actions, watching our children as we work, watching the country they abide, move on.
We are obese and sickly. We are thin and tired. We are high and proud. We are foriegn and new. We are what we eat.
